4 inch beaded ‘MWiW’ Men & Women’s Indigenious World Heir Peace
4″ Beaded ‘MWIW’ I like to call this Men & Women Indigenous World Heir Peace
I like to call this looking through a different lens hoping to change the view on life where traumas are so hard to deal with. One cannot judge based on another’s life history. Everyone owns their own story Here & now…we are here to help unite and to help heal brokenness.
Everyone has their own life history. Their own story to share. I have a cousin who was murdered in jail…an aunt who died in prison as well, a cousin whose mother got struck by authorities no one will ever know the truth of the matter..friends have gone missing they are now butterflies in spirit,, daughters of people i know we are praying for hoping will one day Come Home..no one will ever explain the truth of what really happened but the pain of what happened there still exists. Who will make the change to the path to Healing? It takes a great strength to stand up and keep standing & to break the pattern of life that has been altered by someone else’s hands. We Matter. We Exist. You matter. You are here…Now is the time. You can make the difference. Create the Change. BE what’s the Matter because in the end all that matters is that we lived…and what did you do to accomplish what you own? MWIW heir peace…I am a traditional dancer. its not much to step out…and sometimes it does not take much to do that or sometimes the burden is a lot to carry but never alone because that’s what Friends are for and You were meant to shine and even through the darkness /darkness can serve you like a star that is truly meant to be a beacon in the night…The colors on here are for everyone…at the center is You…even more so is to find yourself at the center of the universe. …MWIW…

Drum Making taught to me by my oldest brother Paul Stevens & Pinnok Daniel Smith from Kitigan Zibi, my hometown. As a Knowledge Keeper pass on what you know to your children. Teach it to them while they are young. They will always remember it when they are older and continue the legacy to the next generation.

WHAT IS THE ZEN COURSE?
The Zen Course is based on the control of the nervous system by teaching conscious breathing, meditation, and the simple practice of “Zen Touch” that stimulate energy points or chakras to eliminate blockages and to allow the correct flow of energy around our body.
A complete Zen Course has a duration of 6 hours spaced around 3 days, two hours per day. (Every level).
It’s mandatory to attend all three days of the course in order to not only absorb a simple theory but also to acquire a real capacity. The failure to attend a single day of the course supposes not to complete the course.
This is a course that is both theoretical and practical. The ability of each student to master the knowledge is strengthened during the 3 days by activating the energy centers at the end of each course. By conscious breathing techniques, the nervous system is stimulated to produce its own chemical reactions to optimize physical and mental health and to keep an ideal energetic balance.
Following a good practice in a constant and disciplined way, a state of peace can be achieved in the mind, the nervous system, around the whole body, and mostly in the spirit, allowing us to connect with our true essence and being.
This Zen course is a simple and practical tool within everyone’s reach, without out care about social, economic, or cultural status. It is not affiliated with any religion, doctrine or Zen Buddhism.
Zen simply means conscious living.
The Zen Course is free of charge, but voluntary donations are always accepted and will go towards the course organization or other solidary projects.

Laying in bed sick with an awful sniffly cold..nothing else to do but rest, chores, dream..i close my eyes I fly to a distant land climbing climbing climbing down ravines to where the sand is warm to a place I like to set my feet to ground i lay my blanket down I press my fingers through the sand. I feel the wind begin to whisper to the ripples on the waves . Then rises to and fro they dance traveling across the new wind belts seeking where each new echo of this whisper to whom this whisper where I go. Reaching out to all com gather…receive renewal, circles, letting go.. i can see the healing rising like waves across the land the water traveling though air the winds the ocean water beckoning waves crashing at the doors for Warriors It is time to Please Come Home you ride you ride and your whisper is still That was just a shadow and You are not forgotten and You are never Alone. ?? A mes Ami/ies For my forever friendsSept 8 @ 19:11 this one Painting is set to go to it’s new owner
Thank you for your friendship kindly and mostly for simply being all that you are You.
Skydance’s First Dance
I love the tradition and that moment your baby wants to get out there and dance…it becomes the responsibility of family and friends & other dancers on the pow wow grounds to step up and take the newbies by the hand and bring them on their first dance. Skydance with cousin Vicky on her first dance. A treasured and honoring moment on part of our journey through life honoring it with the beauty of Dance.
