Zen Healing…classes in construction…updates soon to be announced . Sponsored by the Algonquin Group

WHAT IS THE ZEN COURSE?

The Zen Course is based on the control of the nervous system by teaching conscious breathing, meditation, and the simple practice of “Zen Touch” that stimulate energy points or chakras to eliminate blockages and to allow the correct flow of energy around our body.

A complete Zen Course has a duration of 6 hours spaced around 3 days, two hours per day. (Every level).

It’s mandatory to attend all three days of the course in order to not only absorb a simple theory but also to acquire a real capacity. The failure to attend a single day of the course supposes not to complete the course.

This is a course that is both theoretical and practical. The ability of each student to master the knowledge is strengthened during the 3 days by activating the energy centers at the end of each course.  By conscious breathing techniques, the nervous system is stimulated to produce its own chemical reactions to optimize physical and mental health and to keep an ideal energetic balance.

Following a good practice in a constant and disciplined way, a state of peace can be achieved in the mind, the nervous system, around the whole body, and mostly in the spirit, allowing us to connect with our true essence and being.

This Zen course is a simple and practical tool within everyone’s reach, without out care about social, economic, or cultural status. It is not affiliated with any religion, doctrine or Zen Buddhism.

Zen simply means conscious living.

The Zen Course is free of charge, but voluntary donations are always accepted and will go towards the course organization or other solidary projects.
